Several cenotes can be found while exploring the area, even one of free access, inside a cavern right on the road to town. 850m from our front door, you can visit cenote Xunaan Ha, with a 3 m high platform to dive into the cristal clear water full of fish.

The nearest beach to the house is the beautiful Xcacelbeach, Natural Reserve & Sanctuary for the sea turtle, less than 3 km away.

At Cancun International Airport there is an Autobuses ADO ticket sales booth where you can buy tickets to Playa del Carmen or to Tulum. See the ADO website for more information.

Tickets from Cancun International Airport to Playa del Carmen costs $225 pesos and the journey lasts 1 hour and 10 minutes, it ends on the Tourist ADO Bus Station on 5ta Avenida and Avenida Juárez.

The ticket from Cancún International Airport to Tulum costs $330 pesos and the journey is 2 hours and 10 min long to the ADO Bus Station in Tulum Pueblo on 307 Federal Highway.

Then you must take the colectivo (minivans) to Chemuyil with a price of $35 pesos per person. The minivans make a quick stop in Chemuyil Town you just have to tell the driver you will stop in Chemuyil. The distance from this this point to La Casa de María 11:11 is 1.4km.

Colectivo from Tulum to Chemuyil can be taken outside Tulum ADO bus station right across the Highway.  Colectivo from Playa del Carmen to Chemuyil leaves from Chedraui on Highway 307 & Avenida Juárez.
